Patricia AnnLITTLEMOREPat Passed away peacefully on Sunday 29th July 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Beloved mother to Shaun, Janet and Julie and adored grandmother and great grandmother. Pat will be greatly and sadly missed by all who knew her. She will live on in our memories and hearts. Resting at Co-op Funeralcare, Llanrumney until the service on Thursday 9th August at 11.15am at St Cadocs Church, Llanrumney followed by committal at Thornhill Cemetery. Flowers welcome.
